8(a) STARS II, a small business set-aside GWAC, provides flexible access to customized IT solutions from a large, diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. With a $10 billion program ceiling and a five-year base period with one five-year option, 8(a) STARS II allows for long-term planning of large-scale program requirements while strengthening opportunities for 8(a) small businesses.

Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) (sub)
The National Institutes of Health’s government-wide acquisition contract, CIO-SP3, is the follow-on to CIO-SP2, which has 48 separate contracts; 27 were awarded to large businesses and 21 were awarded to small businesses.
NIH states that the 10-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity task order contract will have a ceiling of $20 billion.

Department of Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) (sub)
The Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology provides a total IT services solution encompassing, but not limited to software and IT products incidental to the solution, in conjunction with all services needed to integrate a system, network or other IT service in order to meet a client’s mission requirements. Services shall include technical, systems engineering and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT requirements. Services, as well as related IT products, may encompass the entire lifecycle of a system, including but not limited to program management and strategy planning, systems/software engineering, enterprise network, cyber security, operation and maintenance and IT facilities. The indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract could reach $12 billion.
ENCORE II (sub)
The ENCORE II contracts provide DISA, DoD and federal agencies with IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG). The contract has a $12.225 billion ceiling.
eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering broad technical scope, many contract and award types and a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.
