Apprio Acquires Professional Consulting Solutions Inc.

Move Strengthens Apprio’s Federal e-Learning Reach Through GSA MOBIS Schedule

Washington D.C., November 18, 2013 – Apprio, a leading provider of specialized technology solutions, particularly for the health, defense and homeland security markets, today announced it has acquired Professional Consulting Solutions, Inc (PCS).

Based in Herndon, Virginia, PCS provides quality training, organizational development and human capital consulting services to the federal government. Their clients include the Department of Treasury, Department of Transportation and NASA. The acquisition will greatly strengthen Apprio’s offerings in the federal training and e-learning sector.

Apprio acquired 100 percent of PCS’s stock on November 1, 2013 and will maintain the company’s brand as a wholly owned subsidiary of Apprio.
