Last month, Apprio was pleased to be involved in a showcase of the Disaster Management Information System (DMIS ) at the HIMSS 12 conference in Las Vegas. The event resulted in great publicity as over 35,000 attended HIMSS, resulting in lots of traffic at the DMIS booth.
We were pleased to support Capt. Allen Dobbs of the National Disaster Medical System’s Office of Preparedness and Emergency Operations, and the Guam eHealth Collaborative for this demonstration.
Ed Daniels, a reporter for MedHealthWorld, a publication that covers the latest developments in electronic records, meaningful use, innovative medical devices, mobile and connected health, attended the demonstration.
