Apprio is pleased to announce it has received ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certifications. The company underwent a stringent evaluation process that included quality management system development, documentation review, internal audits and Internal Audit Training as part of the certification process by QAS International.
The ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System (QMS) ensures that Apprio delivers good-quality services and products to clients and partners. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 confirms that Apprio practices information security for the management and technology solutions. ISO/IEC 20000-1:20112013 means that Apprio delivers good-quality supporting services regarding information technology and security, business operations and development services.
These new ISO certifications build upon Apprio’s existing pedigree of certifications that include CMMI Level 3, American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) – 748B Earned Value Management Systems and Health Level Seven International (HL7) certification.
