ISO 9001:2008

ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Our dedication to quality is a founding principle of Apprio. This commitment is underscored by our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System, which challenges us to continually improve our processes and approaches in order to deliver the best possible results in the field.

Client Service
Our ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System (QMS) ensures we deliver quality services and products to clients and partners. Externally audited each year and re-certified every three years, our QMS is the backbone of our operations as a company. It provides staff with a comprehensive set of tools that allow us to more effectively and efficiently fulfill our mission.

Development Focus
Our QMS strengthens the quality of support that field offices receive from our home office, helping us improve and continually enhance our ability to achieve development results and impact. Drawing from our own experiences in managing change and implementing our ISO 9001-certified QMS, we are better able to advise a wide variety of organizations through our development work on obtaining and maintaining ISO 9001 certification or just building a QMS for their businesses to improve and streamline internal operations.

Transparency and Accountability
We believe in transparency in business practices and accountability for results, whether in our projects or in our internal systems.

Continual Improvement
Our QMS establishes and supports our systematic approach to continual improvement, which is a natural extension of our commitment to excellence. Our quality management experts evaluate processes to improve efficiency, while also encouraging clients, staff and other partners to offer suggestions on ways to improve business processes.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013

ISO/IEC 27001:2013 – Information Security Certification

Apprio is focused on information security best practices. With its ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification, Apprio has third-party validation that the company is healthy, has met established information security standards and it is committed to providing information security.

The ISO/IEC 27001:2013 provides requirements for an information security management system (ISMS). An ISMS is a systematic approach to managing sensitive company information so that it remains secure. It includes people, processes and IT systems by applying a risk management process. ISO/IEC 27001:2013 specifies the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving an ISMS within the context of the organization. It also includes requirements for the assessment and treatment of information security risks tailored to the needs of the organization.

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 – Service Management System (SMS) Certification

Apprio is committed to using best-in-class methods, and its ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 certification shows this commitment.

The ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 is an IT service management system (SMS) standard. It specifies requirements for the service provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfil agreed service requirements.

This means ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 enables companies such as Apprio to ensure their day-to-day delivery fosters customer satisfaction through improved service, and that Apprio uses global standards of best practices in SMS.
